When in Spain . . . to quilt or to cook?I have a home in Spain from which immense inspiration can be gleaned and I go there whenever time and finances (!) permit. It's an old rock house that is situated well at the top of small mountain settlement, Masia Albadas, population 6. "Inspire" . . . . . It's a very nice "now" sort of word and inspiration is certainly at the core and consciousness of a creative person's concerns. This site is meant to serve as a medium through which we can know one another, to share what I do and where I am with readers of like mind and interests. If you find here something of inspirational value, that would be a bonus. All of the photos on the site have been taken at one of the places I live, either Hendricks House or the house in Spain. Cooking is an interest and the food photos scattered here and there on the site I have enjoyed preparing either from original recipes or adaptations of traditional dishes. Hopefully they will change from time to time. If not, check “Bobbi’s Blog” ……there’s often something new there! Of course, I would love to hear from you. |
